I am so thankful for Adam and Todd Nemeroff & their help with purchasing my first home. They were so knowledgeable, organized, and responsive throughout the whole process. They explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. The home buying process went very smoothly! 10/10 recommend.

The Nemeroff team is extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the market. They held our hand through every step of the process, always ready to answer our questions and explain anything that came up. With them, we were able to purchase our dream house and they did a thorough job in staging our old home for sale. Lastly, Todd helped us with listing our home for rent and guiding us through that process, when we decided that was the next best step for us.

We had a wonderful experience working with Todd on buying our first home! He is very knowledgeable about the market and housing and financial options but also patient and great at listening to our specific preferences and looking out to find and discuss options that fit them. We felt comfortable with him during the searching phase of our house hunting, and confident in his recommendations when going through the offer and closing phases. We are happy we found him and recommend him wholeheartedly!

Knows the area well and gives great insight to things in a home that are potential headaches to help make informed decisions. As someone looking for a house in Baltimore from out of state, I wasn't sure about where to look in the city and wasn't familiar with some of the considerations unique to buying an old row house. Todd was really helpful in explaining different areas to look and their pros/cons, and helping me come up with some of the "must have" criteria I was looking for based on the inventory in the area. While I wasn't in town, he sent listings that fit what I was looking for and stacked multiple walk throughs when I was available/in town. It was really easy to coordinate with him via text/calls and he always got back to me immediately. During the walk throughs he was open about sharing some of the flaws of the houses we were looking at and making recommendations for repairs and maintenance that would be needed after purchase. After I put in my offer, he was very responsive and communicative about the negotiations with the seller.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Todd and Adam. They are very professional and were there every step of the way and able to answer any question I had- big or small. Buying and selling a house at the same time can be very stressful, I can say that Todd and Adam helped reduced that stress. They are clearly dedicated to their clients' needs and will work tirelessly to make sure you are satisfied.

My experience with Todd was wonderful. His level of service is out of this world and I recommend him to everyone. We were able to buy our dream home in 5 days!!!Friday, March 18th: It was national Match day. It was also the day I leaned I would need to move my family of 4 (me, wife, & 2 senior dogs) from New York to Maryland…and I had to do it in a hurry!Saturday, March 19th: I hopped onto Zillow to look at housing options and had the opportunity to connect with Todd. He was friendly and easy to talk to, asking good questions to understand my situation and he took the time to answer all of my wide-ranging questions, including suitable areas for dog walking and different lending options for my specific situation. Later that day, Todd sent me listings that met my criteria and gave me helpful pointers to watch out for (# of parking spaces, HOA fees, property taxes, etc.). Todd also provided me with literature to learn about lenders and a homebuyer guide. I specifically needed to find homes that would allow 2 dogs and he promised that he would get in touch with listing agents to find that information for me. Sunday, March 20th: Todd was able to confirm so much crucial information we needed. That speedy response time allowed me to book the earliest flight available to Baltimore.Monday, March 21st: We continued to explore and discuss home possibilities. Todd was always available to answer questions and provide feedback. Tuesday, March 22nd: We fly down to Baltimore. Todd was able to get us access to every home on our list AND a bonus property we wanted to see that was going on the market 2 days later (Todd contacted the owner who allowed us to have an unofficial tour).So many of the homes were wonderful in their own right. Todd was patient and supportive during our strategy session and helped us come up with a plan to get our dream home. We put in an offer that night.Wednesday, March 23rd: The homeowners accepted our offer and we could not be happier!After Accepted Offer: -Todd sent an idiot-proof “next steps” email complete with timeline to make sure I understood the entire process and my role in it. -Todd attended a home inspection for me and FaceTimed me at the end, allowing me to see areas to note and I was able to talk with the inspector and have him answer my questions. -Todd continuously emailed me contracts, condo docs, gentle reminders to perform tasks like wiring funds on time and setting up gas and electric by certain dates, remote notary services for me to sign, etc. -Todd FaceTimes me and performs the final walk-through in my stead. He makes sure that everything looks okay for my move-in. He notices some minor damage on the walls created when the owners were packing up and was able to convince them to give me a $300 credit to fix it, even though I bought the home “as is” and they had no obligation to do so.Short Summary (TLDR): Todd is friendly and easy to talk with. He is knowledgeable about the market and will give you accurate information to help you make a good decision. He is industry-leading fast in his responses and seems to be always be available when we need him. If you want world-class support in buying a home (especially if you live out-of-state), Todd Nemeroff is simply amazing. I would give him 10 Stars if I could.

Todd and Adam are fantastic agents. I was moving to Baltimore from out of town, and they were responsive to my questions, provided me good advice, and helped me narrow down the location and home layout that would best fit my situation. The home I ended up purchasing is perfect for my growing family.I’ve worked with other real estate agents in the past, and Todd and Adam are head and shoulders above their peers. They have a grasp on the Baltimore real estate market that others don’t - I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I met Todd in 2019 when my partner and I were house hunting in Baltimore. He was very kind and attentive and thorough. With his help we purchased our first home. Fast forward to 2022, my partner passed away and I decided to sell the house. We had kept in touch with Todd so I reached out to him. In addition to his condolences, he offered his valuable time to talk me through every step of the process. He is very knowledgeable and was sure that I received the best deal for the property. I am a single mother and live over an hour away from the property, Todd helped with organizing trash pickup and minor repairs, he even cleaned the bathrooms before the house was listed. I truly appreciate him and highly and wholeheartedly recommend his team.

Todd was an an excellent realtor for us. I was discouraged when a buyer backed out of the contract due to increase in interest rate. But Todd stayed motivated and was able to get multiple offers within a few days. We would not have been able to see our home so quickly and above asking price with his help. Todd went beyond my expectations with the home buying process…very knowledgeable with the canton neighborhood and what providing non-biased opinions on homes such as year of appliances/water heater/AC unit and what may need to be replaced. Todd was also very responsive, always taking calls and texts very quickly while also being pro-active and sending me houses within my budget and with certain specifications. Todd was also great in the offer process, providing me with suggestions on how to make an offer more likable to the seller. Once in the closing process, Todd was there to provide suggestions with the mortgage company, title company and inspection, while also encouraging me to look at other companies to compare. Overall, positive experience working with Todd.

This is the fourth time my wife and I have worked with the nemeroff team. Todd has helped us navigate both buying and selling properties in baltimore city and the county. Most recently, he was able to sell our house in three days at a competitive price. When septic system issues came up on the inspection, he worked to find an acceptable solution that preserved the deal. Throughout the process he was knowledgeable, responsive and professional. We could not have asked for a better experience. I recommend him to anyone looking at real estate in the baltimore area.

Todd was great to work with and has a lot of good connections for lenders, inspectors, etc. As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t sure how the process would go, but he made the process so easy and less stressful then I thought it was going to be. I would recommend him to all my friends and family!

Todd was amazing to work with from start to finish in the process of selling our home in Baltimore. He knew the market very well and priced the home appropriately (even higher than other realtors we talked with). We had showings within a week and were under contract in 3 weeks. This timing was early June when interest rates started to climb but Todd's confidence in the price and market gave us piece of good piece of mind until we received our offer. Todd not only got the deal done, but his guidance, assistance and advice throughout the process really helped us navigate what was a somewhat particular buyer. Further Todd worked directly with our renters in the house to facilitate showings and make sure we were being as least intrusive as possible while they were finishing up their lease term. For being an out-of-state seller, this experience could have been much more painful but Todd made it very easy every step of the way. 10 out of 10 for customer service and we got the deal done. Would recommend Todd to anyone looking to sell their home.

Todd was great! After we identified a home that we were very interested in, Todd reached out to the listing agent. When it came time to put the offer in, he had very good insight about how to make the offer as competitive as possible to give us the best chance to acquire the home. Todd was also always responsive and got back to us quickly and provided us with good recommendations.
